Municipal Representatives
Al Edmondson

Mr. Edmondson is Mayor of the Township of Middlesex Centre, past owner of a wholesale lumber business, a former teacher of 32 years, and currently runs a chronic care and retirement home for horses with his wife. He is presently a Director on the London Middlesex Board of Health, Western Fair Board and on London Middlesex Elgin VON. Mr. Edmondson's municipal involvement spans more than 15 years.

Dan Mathieson (Chair)

Mr. Mathieson is the Mayor of the City of Stratford. He also serves as a Director for Festival Hydro, Chair of the Steering Committee for the University of Waterloo (Stratford Campus), and as a Board Member of the Property and Facilities Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee for the King's University College, University of Western Ontario. Mr. Mathieson is also the President of a family owned company which owns and manages various businesses. In addition, he is the owner of Mathieson and Associates.

Doug Nadorozny

Mr. Nadorozny is Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Greater Sudbury. Before his current appointment, Mr. Nadorozny was a technology entrepreneur and business owner. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Laurentian University and is presently the Chair of the Thorneloe University Board of Directors and past Chair of the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Nadorozny is also actively involved in his community and a member of several boards.

James Wilson

Mr. Wilson is the Chief Administrative Officer for the County of Haliburton.  Mr. Wilson holds an Honours BA in Political Science in Urban Studies, and a MA in Political Science from the University of Windsor.  He is currently the Treasurer of the Minden Rotary Club and an active member of the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario.  Mr. Wilson has also served on the Board of Directors for the Association of Municipalities of Ontario from 2002-2010 including two (2) years as its Secretary Treasurer.

Steve Zorbas

Mr. Zorbas is the Acting General Manager of Development and Infrastructure for the City of Burlington. He has held a number of senior executive management positions in the municipal world, including overseeing the development of corporate budgets ranging in size from $175 million to $500 million. Mr. Zorbas is a Certified Management Accountant and a member and past-chair and Vice-Chair of the Municipal Finance Officers Association of Ontario. He is also a member of the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada.

Victor Fiume

Mr. Fiume is a Principal of Fiume Brothers Custom Homes, whose core businesses include land development, home building and renovation.  His previous experience includes, land development, home building and residential rental properties as well as managing a large land lease community and portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial rental properties in Toronto.  Mr. Fiume has been involved in the housing industry for over 30 years.  He is past President of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association, the Ontario Home Builders’ Association and the Durham Region Home Builders’ Association.  He served as an Associate Member of the Tarion Warranty Corp. Board of Directors, on advisory committees, councils and task forces related to housing issues Province wide..

Laura Leyser

In addition to being a full-time Realtor, Laura Leyser is an Honourary Life Member, Past President and Certified Instructor of the Ontario Real Estate Association & College and a well respected Member of the Huron Perth Real Estate Board since 1988. Laura continues to support the Children's Miracle Network with every transaction.

Debra Marshall

Mrs. Marshall is involved with the Agriculture industry and has been a farmer in Prince Edward County for the past 12 years. She also sits on a number of Boards and is the Vice-Chair of the Prince Edward Lennox Addington Community Futures Development Corporation and also continues to be active in a number of community organizations. Debra was employed in the Financial industry from the mid-1980’s to 1995 holding various positions in Human Resources, Compensation, Marketing and Sales Management with companies such as Metropolitan Life, Sun Alliance, Prudential of England and Zurich Life.

Lorraine (Lori) J. Shalhoub

Ms. Shalhoub is Vice President - General Counsel / External Affairs and Public Policy for Chrysler Canada and a proud native of Windsor. She has served on a number of Boards over the years which included the role of Chair on many of them. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (Ontario Division) and the Canadian Industry Program for Energy Conservation (CIPEC). Ms. Shalhoub holds a Masters degree of Law from Wayne State University, a Bachelor of Law degree, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Communication Studies from the University of Windsor. She is a member of both the Michigan and Ontario Bar, the Law Society of Upper Canada, Essex Law Association, and the Canadian Vehicle Manufacturers' Association.

Provincial Representatives 

Steven Delaney

Mr. Delaney is currently Chief Executive Officer of Global Technology, a technology investment firm.  Preceding this he was Chief Information Officer of the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN).  Preceding OTN, he was Chief Information Officer for PCA Services (PharmaTrust).  Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions with RBC and BCE.  He has a Master of Business Administration Degree from York University and a Honours, Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toronto.

David P. Setterington (Vice-Chair)

Mr. Setterington is a member of the Ontario and Canadian Institutes of Chartered Accountants and was elected as a Fellow of the Institute in 2000. Mr. Setterington recently retired as a senior partner of a public accounting firm in Leamington. He has served on several committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and is presently the deputy chair of the Professional Conduct Committee and has served as a member of this committee since 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Setterington was chair and member of the Discipline Committee for 12 years.
