Report Output Options
As before, you will search a property by address or roll number, select and add to cart the reports you wish to obtain for a property.
New: - After clicking “Check Out” and completing appropriate payment information, as applicable, you are presented with an “Index Page” listing the properties selected and the reports chosen for those properties.
You will have the option to open reports in HTML (current format) or in .PDF format (new report format).
PDF format is the most trusted standard for delivering electronic documents and is utilized by corporations and governments globally. PDF can be viewed and printed on a variety of platforms and does not limit any user’s ability to access AboutMyProperty™ reports.
Benefits of the Report Enhancements
- An “Index Page” will list, by property, the reports you have selected, with hyperlinks to the reports in a user-determined format: either HTML or .PDF. Reports will open for viewing in a new window, in the chosen format, when the hyperlink is clicked.
- The “Index Page”, will clearly identify which property you are viewing, if reports for several properties have been added to cart prior to “Check Out”.
- PDF simplifies printing and saving reports.
- PDF allows you to save the report in a file on your computer for future reference beyond the 30 days the report URL is stored on the AboutMyProperty™ servers.
- Reports pertaining to a specific property are contained in one .PDF file specific to that property for easy storage and reference. (When saved;transaction ID-#. pdf: i.e srulz-1097758934062-0.pdf for the first property, srulz-1097758934062-1.pdf for the second…etc). You can rename saved files as you wish.
