With this option, property owners, or agents acting on their behalf*, have the option to purchase real time copies of assessment records for their properties. Once loaded into the system, data can be easily manipulated for assessment review or “what if” purposes.

Information about the properties for which data is requested and the users who require access are submitted to MPAC.

Once MPAC receives this information, we will provide you with login names and passwords for authorized users.

*All requests from persons/organizations claiming to represent a property owner must produce a written statement to this effect on corporate letterhead, signed by the owner, authorized employee or official of a corporate owner, executor of an estate, person with power-of-attorney authorization, etc. and dated no more than 12 months prior to the date of the request.
