propertyline™

This online e-commerce site enables you to purchase assessment, site, structural, and sales data on all types of properties across Ontario.  Information is refreshed from our database weekly to ensure that you have access to the most current property information in Ontario.

Anyone can use propertyline™, through either a subscription or credit card portal, to obtain information on a property by property basis. Throughout the program there are Help and Tip screens designed to make the system user-friendly. More detailed information is available in the user manual .

AVM Reports

Updated monthly, MPAC's AVM Reports include an accurate 'real-time' estimate of the market value of your home. Developed and maintained by MPAC, the AVM report is available for over three million residential properties with four or fewer units.

AVM - Enhanced Residential Market Value Report

This report includes property address, real time value (AVM), valuation date, upper confidence limit, lower confidence limit, confidence rating, year built, frontage, depth, site area, property type and description, total area, total finished basement area, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms.

AVM - Basic Residential Market Value Report$25.00

This report includes property address, real-time value (AVM) and valuation date.

AVM Comparables Report $40.00

 

The AVM (Automated Valuation Model) Comparable Report provides an AVM on a Subject Property and detailed property information on up to three (3) Comparable Properties that have sold recently. Comparables are generated based on the most recent sales of similar properties in the subject neighbourhood - Subject Property: Real Time Market, Valuation, (AVM) and AVM Valuation Date, Upper AVM Value, Lower AVM Value - Subject and Comparable Property: Roll Number, Address, Municipality, Postal Code, Province, Comparable Property Sale Date, Comparable Property Sale Price, Property Style, Year Built, Total Floor Area, Basement Finished Area, Frontage, Depth, Site Area and Unit of Measure, Number of Bedrooms, Number of Full and Half Bathrooms. [FOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES OF 4 UNITS OR LESS. NOT FOR VACANT LAND]

Assessment Roll Report

This report includes property address, roll number, property code and description, current value assessment (CVA), roll year, unit class, realty tax class, realty tax qualifier, realty portion, frontage, depth, site area, unit of measure, legal description, tenant tax liable (TTL).

Parcel Report

This report includes property address, roll number, most recent valid sale, sale date, legal description, frontage, depth, site area, unit of measure, property code and description. This package can be combined with the CVA report.

Industrial/Commercial Basic Report

$9.00

This report includes property address, roll number, property code and description, site area, frontage, depth, building area, interior finish area, year built, building height and floor level.

Primary Structure Report

$12.00

This report includes all data elements in the Parcel report with structure code and description of the primary structure(s), year built, heating type, total floor area, air conditioning, total unfinished basement area, total finished basement area. Sale amount, date for all sales that occurred in the last three years are also included.

Residential Detail Report

$14.00

This report includes all data elements in the parcel report with structure code and description of the primary structure(s), year built, first floor area, second floor area, third floor area, total floor area, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, number of storeys and site services (including water, sanitary and hydro).

Current Value Assessment (CVA) Report

This report combines all of the data elements in the Parcel report and the Current Value Assessment (CVA) report.

Year Built Report

This report includes roll number, property address, year built of all primary structures, structure code and description.

Lot Details Report

$7.00

This report provides the property address, roll number, site area, unit of measurement, frontage and depth of the selected property.

Valid Sales Report

$8.00

This report includes property address, roll number and the last three valid sales within the last 10 years along with the corresponding sale dates, amounts.

Residential Interior Details Report

$7.00

This report provides property address, roll number, the total area of the primary structure(s) in square feet, the total number of bedrooms and the total number of bathrooms.

Secondary Structures

This report includes property address, secondary structure code and description, and year built. This includes such things as pools, garages, sheds, greenhouses, etc.

ACS-online™

ACS-online™ is an automated costing system that determines the replacement cost new less depreciation (RCNLD) for commercial, industrial, special use and exempt properties. This new, web-enabled service provides users with a fast and simple way to estimate site improvement costs for most buildings or structures.

Unlike other commercially available costing systems, ACS-online™ uses current Ontario material and labour costs. Separate cost databases are available for four zones - northern Ontario, southwest Ontario, eastern Ontario and the GTA - and are updated every valuation base year, to ensure ACS-online™ reflects current building costs and technology. The costs are provided to MPAC by one of Canada's leading construction-consulting firms, Hanscomb Limited.

Property Profile Report

This report contains detailed information for a single residential or farm property including assessment roll information, site information, recent sales information and structural information.

Comparable Report

$20.00/property

This report enables customers to compare assessment information for similar properties. Each report includes address, roll number, current value assessment, recent sale, site information for a subject property and selected comparable properties.

Please note that property owners are entitled to factual information about their property at no charge. The prices stated above apply to information requested beyond that entitlement.

For Property Owners

To enable property owners to confirm assessment data, a photocopy of the subject parcel with all relevant labeling is available at no charge.

Custom Requests

Custom data requests and large volume mapping requests are priced as a fixed price or by the hour depending on the size and complexity of the job. Hourly rates vary from $150 to $250/hour depending on the nature of the work.
