propertyline™ enables you to purchase Assessment, Site, Structural, and Sales data on all types of properties across Ontario. Information is refreshed from our database weekly to ensure our users have access to the most current property information in Ontario.

Anyone can use propertyline™! Simply fill out the Subscription Form or use our secure credit-card portal to obtain information on a property-by-property basis. Help and Tip screens are made available throughout the program to ensure a user-friendly experience. More detailed instructions are provided in the user manual.

AVM- Enhanced and Basic Market Value Reports

We are pleased to introduce two new reports; the AVM – Enhanced Market Value Report and the AVM - Basic Market Value Report.

Updated monthly, MPAC's AVM Reports include an accurate ‘real-time’ estimate of the market value of your home. Developed and maintained by MPAC, AVM report is available for over three million residential properties with four or fewer units.
