Welcome to propertyline™. This online e-commerce site enables you to purchase Assessment, Site, Structural, and Sales data on all types of properties across Ontario.  Information is refreshed from our database weekly to ensure that you have access to the most current property information in Ontario.

Anyone can use propertyline™, through either a subscription or credit-card portal, to obtain information on a property by property basis. Throughout the program there are Help and Tip screens designed to make the system user-friendly. More detailed information is available in the user manual.

Information from the 2006 Assessment Roll is now available. The CVA information found here currently reflects property valuations based on a January 1, 2005 valuation date.

New - Single Map Property Service

Users of propertyline™ and AboutMyProperty™ can now view a static map image for the subject property when ordering reports. The map provides an instant visual perspective for the subject property and the surrounding properties. For more information, login to propertyline™.

AVM- Enhanced and Basic Market Value Reports

We are pleased to introduce two new reports; the AVM – Enhanced Market Value Report and the AVM - Basic Market Value Report.

Updated monthly, MPAC's AVM Reports include an accurate ‘real-time’ estimate of the market value of your home. Developed and maintained by MPAC, AVM report is available for over three million residential properties with four or fewer units.
