MPAC Introduces New Property Codes

The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) will be phasing in new and revised property codes beginning mid-March that will better identify and define property types. As a result, propertyline™ users will soon have more codes to choose from when searching for properties, particularly for commercial, industrial and institutional properties. Please note, this is a label change only and is not a valuation or classification change.

The updated property codes will give users greater flexibility, enabling you to carry out more narrowly-defined property searches. We are confident this will save you time and effort in finding the information you need.
