GRAD stands for the Guidelines for the Release of Assessment Data. It is MPAC’s policy governing the release of information.

The GRAD policy outlines:

• The assessment information available free of charge for various property types;
• The methods for obtaining information from MPAC; and
• Agent/representative requirements.
